The 22-year-old who last month became Cornwall Ladies Champion at Trevose GC is focusing on the Ascot Ladies Order of Merit and to help her fulfil her dreams, Bude hosted a fundraising day on May 7.
Over 100 golfers took part with each player giving an anonymous donation. As part of the day, a competition was held where the player who got closest to the pin would win a bottle of champagne. That was won by Mike Dinsdale while the day’s winners were Matt Trewin, Dave James, Gary Dinshaw and Greg Snowden who shot 53.7 in the four-man team Texas Scramble medal event.
