Accompaniment was provided by Sarah Riviere (piano), Coral Locke (guitar), Matt Bosustow (bass), and Cliff Pryor (drums).
Script for the drama was written by Lorna Cox who also narrated, and the shepherds were played by Howard Locke and Mark Sinden.
Delighted audiences gave generously, raising at Bude, £512 for Leah Shepherd’s six-month mission visit to Cape Town as a volunteer with Tear Fund, and £504 was raised at Poughill for Mission Direct — Zambia.
The Circuit Singers, conducted by Andrew Pitt, will start rehearsals for their next production in February at Bude Methodist Church.
