THE next Holsworthy market will be cancelled, it has been confirmed.

With ongoing inclement weather combined with higher than usual wind gusts forecast for Wednesday, September 17, when the market is next due to take place, Holsworthy Town Council has confirmed it has cancelled the event.

A spokesperson for Holsworthy Town Council, said: “The market scheduled for Wednesday, September 17 2025, has been cancelled due to severe wind gusts during set up.

“The market will return next Wednesday, September 24 2025, as normal, weather permitting. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.”
