MOLE Valley Farmers, Holsworthy, held a charity draw in December in aid of The British Lung Foundation and Chris Axford. Chris has worked for the branch for almost 29 years, but due to health problems he retired on October 30.

Chris has to remain on oxygen for up to 16 hours a day which is helping him. The money raised through the draw was divided equally — £1,500 to The British Lung Foundation and £1,500 towards an oxygen machine which can be fitted in Chris' camper van.

This will allow him to continue taking holidays. Mole Valley Farmers has extended its thanks to everyone for their support.
