LAUNCESTON RFC have welcomed back two familiar faces to the club after re-signing George Hillson and Torin Clarke from Plymouth Albion.
Former Tavistock scrum-half Hillson, whose impact was such that he picked up the Supporters’ Player of the Year last season, returns after departing the Polson Bridge outfit in the summer.
During his short spell with the club, the Plymouth born scrum-half notched up 117 points in just seven games at one stage, placing him second in the country for total points scored.
Originally from St Austell, Torin, who has already made 66 appearances for the Cornish All Blacks, rejoins the club after five seasons at Brickfields.
The forward has enjoyed several standout moments during his previous spell, including playing a key role in the the memorable play-off victory against Old Centralians in the 2018-19 season.
