BUDE RFC held their end of season awards night at The Bay View Inn on Friday, May 30.
Trophies were presented to all four senior teams – the newly-reformed Colts, the ladies and the two men’s teams.

The first team were much-improved and won seven games in a tough Counties One Western West, but having comfortably finished ahead of the bottom two, found out during the final week of the season that three were to be relegated.
But despite seeing off St Ives in their last game, Penryn’s victory over Wiveliscombe ensured they finished ahead on points difference, thus sending Bude down to Counties Two Cornwall.

The seconds had a mixed time of it in Counties Three Cornwall, but did win the Duchy Plate in May, while the ladies improved as the season went on in Women’s NC 2 South West (West).
