BODMIN Town have signed central defender Ryan Howe.

He has joined the club after impressing in Tuesday night's first pre-season friendly against Truro City, with Bodmin lost 4-1.

Bodmin's next friendly is at home to Neil Warnock's Championship side Huddersfield Town on Monday night (7pm).
