Want to help your community? Holsworthy Hamlets Parish Council is looking for two people to become part of a progressive team of councillors.
A parish council is a local authority that is the first tier of local government. It makes decisions on behalf of the people in the parish and has an overall responsibility for the well-being of its local community.
The Holsworthy Hamlets parish sits to the east of Holsworthy town, spanning 3,344 hectares and being home to 1,016 people (as of 2021).
By becoming a parish councillor, you become someone your community will look to for help, guidance and support, a community leader with the power to influence decisions for the benefit of the people you serve.
If you would be interested in finding out more, please contact the Parish Clerk, Julia Foster email: [email protected] - or why not come along to the next Parish Council meeting on March 23 2026?
