VOLUNTEERS came to help collect rubbish at the Chilsworthy Village Clean Up organised by Holsworthy Hamlets Parish Council on Saturday, April 14.

Eighteen volunteers gave up their time on a dry Saturday morning to come out and clean up their parish.
The volunteers were treated to bacon rolls and hot dogs in the village hall once they’d finished working and thanks were expressed to David and Christine Campbell for cooking the food.
Holsworthy Hamlets Parish Council also organised a second village clean up event on Saturday, April 21, on the other side of the parish in Staddon Road and Chasty, which started at 10am.
