ONCE again Shebbear held its popular dog show in conjunction with The Shebbear and Buckland Filleigh Flower Show on July 27.

The judge for the afternoon was Louise Jones.

After such a glorious spell of weather a few dark clouds looked threatening but cleared to give a lovely sunny afternoon.

Principle winners were Miss Jenny Needham from Landkey winning the pedigree section with her whippet Kevin, and Ms Julie James from Thornbury with her dog India Quebec winning the cup for best family dog given in memory of the late Mrs Wilson.
