Vehicle licensing applications
Valley Transport Limited of Rayners Yard, Manor Way, Frome, Somerset have applied to change an existing goods vehicle licence. It is seeking to add an operating centre to keep four goods vehicles and four trailers at Launceston Truck Services Ltd.
It is based at Scarne Industrial Estate, Launceston, Cornwall, PL15 9HS.
In this instance, owners or occupiers of land, including buildings near the operating centre who believe that there will be an impact on their enjoyment and use of the land are asked to make representations to the Traffic Commissioner within 21 days of October 22.

Licence application
AN application for the granting of a premises licence has been submitted to Cornwall Council for a business in Camelford.
Andrew Widdas has submitted a licence application for the granting of a premises licence for their business at Riverside Café & Bistro, 1 Market Place, Camelford, PL32 9PB
As part of the present requirements for the licensing of the sale and consumption of alcohol, businesses are required to advertise their proposals in a local newspaper in order that residents can be informed and make representations in respect of it.
In this application, Mr Widdas is seeking to obtain a premises licence for the above-mentioned address.
If granted, it would be permitted for sale of alcohol between 11am and 11pm, live music between 12pm and 11pm and recorded music between 8am and 11pm.
