THE BULLERS Arms Hotel in Marhamchurch has applied for planning permission to convert the original part of the function suite into a four bedroom house.
The 1970s function suite and hotel bedrooms are already being demolished following planning consent in 2019.
The retained portion of the function suite is now proposed to be converted to a four bedroom house with two car parking bays and an enclosed garden.
This would be separated from the public house by infilling the openings between the two sections of the building.
The applicant, Nikki Unger, currently uses the ground floor area for storage of redundant pub fittings which are being sold off and the first floor as bedrooms for visiting friends.
The existing pub kitchen is proposed to be demolished and will form a new enclosed service area for the pub.
