CHILDREN of Bradworthy have been jumping for joy — and swinging and climbing, thanks to the opening of phase one of the new play park.
The refurbished play area has come to life with the new play tractor, trampoline, basket swing and refurbished springies being used daily by the village children.
After the old equipment was condemned as unsafe in 2011 a committee of parents has worked hard, with great support from the local community, to raise the £25,000 needed to provide this first phase of play equipment.
