A NEW two-storey detached house with an integrated garage, garden and parking/turning area in Launceston has been approved by Cornwall Council.  

The application, which was supported by St Thomas The Apostle Rural Parish Council concerned a property on land south east of Acorns, Trebursye Road, Launceston and was made by Mrs C Pannell.  

Conditional approval was granted by Cornwall Council, who set a number of conditions related to the visual amenity, including planting and the fitment of obscure glazing to protect privacy of neighbouring properties.
