THE Office of the Devon and Cornwall Police and Crime Commissioner, Alison Hernandez, has announced that the Police Hub building in Bodmin – headquarters for the Devon and Cornwall Police force in Cornwall – was yesterday afternoon (Wednesday) declared safe to reopen to the public. This is after the roof of the building, in Tollgate Road, was assessed following the fall of some roof panels during Storms Eunice and Franklin.

A spokesman for the OPCC said: “Our estates team has been able to fix the roof on Bodmin Police station and the public inquiry office has now reopened to the public.”
