AN APPEAL for information has been launched after a man was reported missing from the Boscastle area.

Alexander Key, 37, was last seen during the afternoon of Friday, January 23 at a local pub.

Mr Key is described as medium build, bright peroxide blonde hair and normally wearing bright coloured clothing.

It is believed he is connected to Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, with reports elsewhere stating that Mr Key is the partner of his grand daughter.

Mr Jagger’s daughter, Jade Jagger shared an appeal for information on the whereabouts of Mr Key.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 37-year-old male who has been reported missing from the Boscastle area.

“Alexander Key was last seen at 2.20pm on Friday, January 23 in the local pub.

“Alexander is described as medium build, bright peroxide blonde hair and normally wearing bright coloured clothing.

“Searches and enquiries are ongoing today and we’re appealing for any information which may assist us.

“If you have seen Alexander, or know of his whereabouts, please call police immediately on 999, quoting log number 847 of 24/1/26.”
