HALWILL Reserves switched their Division Three clash to the Ashbury Hotel due to the weather but fell to a 4-2 defeat to Winkleigh.

Goals from Ashley Bennett and Robin Knight put the mid-Devon club ahead before two Ben Potter penalties brought Halwill level.

However Bennett’s second followed by Kris Jordan’s strike meant Winkleigh took the points.

The match between University of Exeter Fourths and Halwill in Division Two was called off.
