Ben Maguire used the opportunity of a question at Prime Minister’s questions to call for justice for the victims, who were impacted when the drinking water in the town was contaminated.
After the session, he said: "My constituents have waited far too long for the truth, for justice, and for proper accountability. From the Camelford water poisoning incident to the ongoing sewage dumping we see today, people in North Cornwall quite rightly feel badly let down.
"I'll keep pushing the Prime Minister and Ministers to meet with me and to act. Victims need answers, and my North Cornwall should have the protection it deserves from sewage dumping, that is hospitalising scores of my constituents."
