Bude: County Road in Upton, Bude is set to be closed for a closure of multiple days in length in order to enable new water connection works to take place.

Confirming the closure, Cornwall Council stated in its public notice: “This prohibition is necessary for new water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from March 30 2026 to 2nd April 2026. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

“Road affected - County Road, Upton, Bude between the junction with St Anns Hill and property known as Otterburn House.”

Pedestrian and vehicular access will be maintained.

Launceston: Newton Road in Illand, Launceston will be closed for several days so that work can be undertaken to locate a buried water meter.

The closure will take place between April 13 and April 17 for 24 hours a day between the properties of Rivendell Agencies Office and Oula Barn.
