AN opening date has been revealed for a new Domino’s branch in Bude.

It was recently revealed that the popular pizza company would be opening a brand new branch in the North Cornwall town, however, it has finally been announced when and where the new site will be opening its doors.

Domino’s, has confirmed that its latest store will open on June 9. The store will be located at on Burn View, providing pizza, hand made with fresh dough to the town’s residents.

The site is also set to offer late opening hours, allowing residents to get their pizza fix late into the evening.

A spokesperson from Domino’s said: “The store will be open seven days a week 11am to 11pm and is currently recruiting for roles, including shift managers, pizza-makers, and delivery drivers.”

The national chain, which has more than1,300 stores and 35,000 staff across the country, has confirmed that the branch’s opening will create 20 jobs new in the local area, supporting the town’s economy.

Richardson Dsouza, regional manager said: “We’re excited to come to Bude to deliver the nation’s favourite pizza. We are passionate about enhancing our new community with employment opportunities, where people from Bude can grow and develop their careers. Over 90 percent of Domino’s store managers started in-store or as a delivery driver, so whether you’re looking for a few extra hours or a completely new career path, there are roles to suit everyone.”

To celebrate the opening, the store will be running deals including 50 per cent off all pizza. The store is celebrating with an opening ceremony on the June 9 where community members and customers are invited to meet the new store team and of course, try some freshly prepared Domino’s pizza.
