A number of calls were received at around 10.30am this morning (February 11) alerting the Critical Control Centre of a fire at a residential property in King Street, Gunnislake.
Crews from Callington and Tavistock were immediately mobilised to the address, along with a whole time officer. On arrival, the first attending appliances ‘made up’ and requested a further two appliances be mobilised for support.
Crews on scene are reporting a mid terrace property with two floors, measuring 10m by 6m, with a fire in the roof space. Two hose reel jets and one safety jet are in use at this time.
This incident is still ongoing.
